Six sentenced in 35th District Court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

  • Chrystal Dianne New, on probation for the felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Michael Ray Haggerton pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Francisco Delapaz-Martinez pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Katrina Leann White, on probation for the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, White, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Patrick Wilder, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Samantha Marie Richardson aka Samantha Hellinger, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
