The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Stacy Allen Darnell pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance as a Habitual Offender and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Acey Sliger, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Karl Brian King aka Brian King pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Bradley Kinsey pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Kinsey, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Reckless Injury to an Elderly was sentenced to Fifteen (15) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Steve Ray Cline pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Terroristic Threat Against Public Servant and was sentenced to 11 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• David Loren Harris pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 8 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
