The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Michael Caraway pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Johnathan Vasquez pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Valerie Lynn Waller, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Waller, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Ashleigh Bush pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Pedro Martinez, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentences to 24 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
