Preceding Kyle in death are his maternal grandparents, Ozz and Marilyn Fisk.

He is survived by his parents, Alton and Debbie Stevenson of Lake Coleman; two brothers, Colby Stevenson and significant other Amber Collins of Lake Coleman and Trenton Stevenson of Lake Coleman; two nephews, Hunter Ray Stevenson and wife Kimberlyn and Shooter Dewayne Stevenson; his paternal grandparents, C.R. and Lois Stevenson of Clyde; his uncles and aunts, Tony and Cheryl Stevenson of Lake Coleman, C.R.
