The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Jeremy McConnell pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Bo Earl Blair, on probation for the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Shelly Moor, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Brian Gambaro, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building, was revoked and was sentenced to 14 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
