KOXE’s Carl Wayne was recognized for his 15th year on the air by members of the North Lake Community Church Friday morning.
North Lake Community Church presented Carl with multiple gifts during Friday’s morning show, one day ahead of his anniversary.
The first day on the job at KOXE for Carl, a 41-year veteran of the business, was June 11, 2007.
Along with serving as a DJ in both the mornings and afternoons, Carl is also the current voice of Brownwood Lions athletics.
