The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Marcus Power pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Roy Don Andrews pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Andrew Scott East pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
