The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Christopher Bradley Rose pled guilty to the two separate felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 50 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Judyth Elizondo pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Against Public Servant and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Kenneth Ray Anderson pled guilty to the felony Assault Family Violence Occlusion and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Breanna Lynn Spencer pled guilty to the offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Spencer pled guilty to the state jail felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
