The Early City Council will meet Tuesday, May 10, at 6:00 pm at Early City Hall. On the agenda:

A. Call to order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance
B. Consideration of the minutes for regular meeting held on April 12, 2022.
C. Citizen’s comments

D. Administer Oath of Office to Elected Officials
1. Councilman Benny Allcorn
2. Councilman Charles Matlock
3. Councilman Leland Acker

E. Proclamation – Public Works Week
F. Proclamation – National Police Week

G. Matters of New Business
1. Consideration to elect a Council member as Mayor Pro-Tem.
2. Consider Resolution 2022-EDR04, on second and final reading, approving Municipal Development funding request from JMCA Enterprises, Inc.

H. Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 551,
Texas Government Code:
1. Section 551.087 Economic Development
2. Section 551.071 Consultation with Attorney
I. Reconvene into Open Session and consider action, if any, on items
discussed in executive session

J. Department Reports
1. Public Works Department – Fiscal Year 2nd Quarter Report
