The Brownwood High School One Act Play “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time” placed fifth at the UIL Class 4A state competition in Round Rock on Thursday.

Evan Fraze was named to the All-Star Cast as Best Actor, while Jackson Tucker was All-Star Cast Honorable Mention as Best Supporting Actor. Lilly Lee received the Best Technical honor while the group design – consisting of Averi Cecil, Brandon Holland, Morgan Phipps and Gillian Sapp – placed second and Ruth Miller was fifth in hair and makeup.

The company list of the play features Fraze, Yantis, Tucker, Bruton, Claire Clayton, Paisley Johnson, Gillian Sapp, Ruth Miller, Jaylen Savage, Kathryn Camp, Mattie Arrington, Alden Cecil, Hannah Lee, Zoe Sweetman, Emma Lee, George Gosch, Allison Jameson, Tyse Savage, Paige McCandless, Zaiden Lopez, Michael Camp, Kelly Jones, Alexia Potter, Morgan Phipps and Lilly Lee.
