Sheffield’s 10U Texas Bombers finished 2nd at Take Me Out To The Ball Game Tournament over the weekend. Sheffield’s 10U Bombers offense was a key factor as they hit 4 Homeruns, stole 52 bases and scored 57 runs. The pitching staff combined to hold opponents to a .127 batting average, while striking out 28 and throwing 4 no hitters! Congratulations to Rylee Owens and Aleena Ramirez who won pool game MVP’s, Macy Mask who won Semi-Final MVP, and Aleena Ramirez who won Championship MVP. The Bombers 10u is primarily a first year 10U team and they have finished in the top 3 every tournament this season thus far. This is a true testament to their hard work and mental toughness. Sheffield’s 10U Bombers will be back in action this weekend.
