Property owners in Brown County recently received their 2022 Notice of Appraised Value.  If you believe that your property was over-valued, you do have the right to protest the appraisal.

The protest must be in writing, and you can use the form on the back side of your appraisal notice.  The protest must be postmarked or hand-delivered to the Brown County Appraisal District office at 403 Fisk by the deadline date of May 16.
