The 10U Glory softball team won the last two tournaments it participated in – the Bling Bash and Bomb Squad, both held in Brownwood. Glory defeated Elite out of Merkel in the championship game of Bling Bash and Bombers Sheffield out of Brownwood in the championship game of the Bomb Squad tournament. Glory has outscored its opponents, 112-38. Out of 211 batters faced, Glory pitchers have only allowed 11 hits. Glory is planning to travel to Abilene and Harker Heights in the following months and will also host a free camp for girls 5-8 years old. The camp will be organized and supervised by coaches Kelcy Potts, Landon Hill, Roland Soto, and Justin Keas. The 10U glory players will assist in demonstrating and running the camp.
