Sheffield’s 10U Texas Bombers finished 2nd at the Bomb Squad Tournament held over the weekend. Sheffield’s Bombers team threw 5 pitchers over the weekend going 23 2/3 innings, giving up just 9 hits while striking out 44 batters and holding opposing batters to a .105 avg. Offensively Tatum Adams led the way with a 400 avg and Briley Chandler followed with a 385 avg. Sheffield’s Bomber team went 5-2 on the weekend and fell just one run shy in the Championship to finish 2nd.
