The Brownwood Lions will be seeking a fresh start as District 6-4A baseball action begins at Morris Southall Field at 7 p.m. Tuesday against Glen Rose, after head coach Bryan Harris’ squad dropped its weekend finale the Tri-City tournament to Krum, 5-0.

The Lions (1-5) finished with three hits – two from Logan Posey and one from Gavin Brandstetter, all singles.

On the mound, Jake Reaves started and allowed three earned runs on five hits with four strikeouts and one walk in three innings. Cole Miller worked the final three innings and yielded just one hit with one walk.
