Cheryl Garrett, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Cross Country Nursing Home in Brownwood.

She was born on August 21, 1963, in Orlando, Florida, the daughter of Vincent and Charlotte Ryan. She lived in several states but she loved Florida the most because of the beautiful beaches. She enjoyed collecting pens, coloring, watching movies and doing crafts. She was always the life of the party, often very corky, full of fun, loved to be funny, but always willing to help others no matter what. She loved to dance and listening to music. Her priorities were her family, her grandkids, and her dogs.

She leaves behind her son, Shane Graf, daughter, Carissa Burge and husband Ryan, and their children, Jace, Caden, and Tyla, her daughter, Candace Powers and husband Cody and their children, Abbigail, and Laiyn, and daughter Cassadee and children Emeree, Jude, Marloe, and Macsen. Her father Vincent Ryan also survives as well as many nieces and nephews. She also had four siblings.

Services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022, in the Davis-Morris Chapel of Heritage Funeral Home Brownwood. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until service time. Her body will be cremated under the direction of Heritage Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Services entrusted to the care of Heritage Funeral Home, Davis-Morris Chapel. Friends and family are encouraged to view the online memorial at www.heritagefuneraltx.com.
