While the current political focus in on the Primary Elections on March 1, another round of elections will take place on May 7.  The deadline for filing in those elections is this Friday, February 18.  Anyone wishing to file as a candidate should do so at the office of the entity holding the election.  The offices open for election in May are listed below.

City Council:  Two seats, currently held by H.D. Jones (Ward 1) and Draco Miller (Ward 4)
