Sipriano Partida, age 92, of Bangs left his earthly home to be with the Lord at his home on Wednesday, February 9, 2022,

He was born on June 5, 1929, in Yoakum, Texas, the son of Santiago and Maria N. (Diaz) Partrida. He has lived in Bangs since 1988 after retiring from the Fredricksburg ISD where he worked as a custodian. Prior to that, he was a co-founder of the Iglesia Del Nuevo Testamento Church in Fredricksburg and later built a church in Mason where he served as pastor for many years. He had formerly worked in construction as a roofer and builder. Following retirement, he attended the New Testament Holiness Church in Bangs. He loved his family and known as a friend to many.

Survivors include five sons, Frank Partida and wife Maria of Fredricksburg, John Partida and wife Bonnie of Utah, Jim Partida and wife Betty of Leming, Texas, Cipriano Partida and wife Shirley of Brownwood, and Martin Partida of Austin, Texas, four daughters, Rumalda Rivera of Fredricksburg, Helen Olson of Denver, Colorado, Lucy Perez and husband Raymond of Bangs, and Patricia Gallender of Brownwood. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren several great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gabina Herrera Partida, a son, Robert Partida, a daughter, Virginia P artida Gonzales, his parents Santiago and Maria Partida and nine brothers and four sisters.

Services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, February 12, in the Davis-Morris Chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bangs Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 – 8 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Services entrusted to the care of Heritage Funeral Home, Davis-Morris Chapel. Friends and family are encouraged to view the online memorial at www.heritagefuneraltx.com.
