Carol Jean Byerly

Carol Jean Byerly, 61, of Early, Texas passed away on January 26, 2022. Carol was born on August 19, 1960 to Olene (Huck) and Betty Pullen in Matador, Texas. Carol moved to Brownwood where she met and married Jim Byerly.

Carol worked as store manager for colonial convenience stores which later became Circle K at the Forth and Indian Creek Drive location. She also worked at the Citizens National Bank Branch in Wal Mart before leaving to help Jim with his business.

Carol survived by her son Davey Bronson and girlfriend Roxanne, sister Sally (James) Contreras, Mother Betty Cunningham, stepson Josh Byerly and wife Cindy, niece Mandy Contreras and other family and friends. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, Aiden, Eli, and Brayson Byerly. Remy Branson, Nalain Guerra, Anthony Martinez and her fur baby Bean.

She preceded in death by her husband Jim, son Ricky Branson and her father Olene (huck) Pullen

There will be a visitation on Friday February 11, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Heritage Funeral Home Davis-Morris Chapel. Services will be held on Saturday February 12, 2022 at Heritage Funeral Home Davis-Morris Chapel with a burial to follow in the Eastlawn Memorial Park.

Services entrusted to the care of Heritage Funeral Home, Davis-Morris Chapel. Friends and family are encouraged to view the online memorial at www.heritagefuneraltx.com.
