Tony Culpepper

Tony Culpepper, age 58, of Lake Brownwood, Texas surrounded by his loving family passed to be with his Lord Jesus on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 10:55 am at Hendricks Hospice in Abilene.
Service will be Tuesday at 10:00 am at the Henderson Funeral Home Chapel in Santa Anna.  Services are under the care and direction of Henderson Funeral Home staff.  Private Family burial will be at the Santa Anna Cemetery.
He was born Tony Gene Culpepper on November 1, 1963 in Santa Anna, Texas to his loving  parents Lacy and Vera Alice ‘Jean’ Weldon Culpepper.  Tony was raised in Santa Anna where he attended First Baptist Church and Santa Anna ISD graduating in the class of 1982.  He was a resident of Lake Brownwood where he was known for his excellent carpenter skills he had learned from his father.  Tony was loving and caring of family and friends, especially his grandchildren and a helper to many.  He loved walking his dog ‘Laddy’ and excelled in the game of pool.
Survivors include Son – Chris & wife Jordan Culpepper of Coahoma, Texas; Daughter – Lacey Culpepper of Coleman, Texas; Grandchildren – Olivia & Olsen, Riley & Madison; 5 Sisters Bernidine Raines of Abilene, Texas, Sharon & husband Ronald Alvey of Frisco, Texas, Susan Barnes of Crawford, Texas, Brenda Barker of Mt Vernon, Texas, Connie Massey of Abilene, Texas; 3 Brothers Tommy & wife Teresa Culpepper of Brownwood, Texas, Jerry & wife Susie Culpepper of Zephyr, Texas, James & wife Karyn Culpepper of Abilene, Texas; and Numerous Nieces & Nephews.
Tony was preceded in death by Parents Lacy & Vera Culpepper; and Brothers in law – Dennis, Raines, Kevin Massey and Jim Barker.
