Janet Lee

Janet Lee, 63, of Santa Anna, died Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Brownwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brownwood.

She was born Janet Renea Lee on November 20, 1958 in Seminole, a daughter of Doyle Kenneth Lee and Virginia Lee Lee.  She grew up in west Texas and graduated from Odessa High School in 1976.  Janet worked as a home health care giver for many years.  When she was not working, Janet enjoyed fishing, tubing down the river and country dancing.  Janet moved to Santa Anna in 2006.  She was lovingly called Mimi by her grandchildren.

Survivors include one daughter, Ryan Jeter of Santa Anna; one son, Bryan “Bo” Perry of Paige; one sister, Anita Rodgers of Greenwood; six grandchildren, Dana, Nellie, Jaiden, Kayli, Kacey and one great grandchild, Leonardo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson Devon and an Angel Baby grandchild.

A memorial service for Janet will be held a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to  Stevens Funeral Home, 400 West Pecan Street, in Coleman.

Memorial donations in memory of Janet may be made to CHA Foundation, c/o Alpha Omega Hospice, 941 Hilltop Drive, Weatherford, Texas  76086.
