Brownwood tennis takes part in Waco High Winter Blast

Lady Lion Victoria Ramos placed second in the girls singles draw.

WACO – Brownwood Lady Lion Victoria Ramos finished second in the girls singles draw at the Waco High Winter Blast tennis tournament Friday, as she had to withdraw to attend a HOSA competition in Killeen despite leading in the championship match.

Lyric Shaw and Mya Salazar finished as runners-up in the girls doubles consolation bracket, while Peter Le came in fourth overall in the boys singles competition.
