SAN ANGELO – In the first action since Jan. 21, the Brownwood Lady Lions soccer team, the Brownwood Lady Lions returned to the win column with a 1-0 road victory over San Angelo Lake View.

The Lady Lions (5-2-2) recorded the lone goal when Marisa Campos scored off an assist from Kennedi Johnson.

Brownwood will be in action twice next week – at Abilene Cooper at 5 p.m. Tuesday and at Sweetwater at 4 p.m. Friday – in its final action prior to the start of district.
