David Lee Clark, age 78, of Zephyr passed away Friday, December 24, 2021, at his home.

Celebration of Life for David will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Blaylock Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

David was born on November 19, 1943, to Lee and Thelma (Todd) Clark in Lamesa. He graduated from Lamesa High School in 1963. After school, he attended West Texas State University. While attending college, he enlisted and proudly served in the U.S. Airforce. David retired from GTE after 30 years. He loved classic cars and going to car shows.

David was a loving husband, dad, PaPa, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his son, Wayne Clark of Zephyr; 2 grandsons, Justin Satterfield and wife Stephanie of Kansas City, Missouri, and Cash Clark of Zephyr; 2 great-grandkids, Theron and Natalia Satterfield; brother, Doug Clark and wife Jimmie Carol of Midlothian; niece, Leigh Ann Floyd; 2 nephews, Joe Clark and Alan Clark; and close family friends, Paul and Squeaky Todd. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Clark; daughter, Cynthia Clark; grandson, Devin Satterfield; and his parents, Lee and Thelma Clark.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Zephyr ISD in his memory. Online condolences for the family are welcome at www.blaylockfuneralhome.com.
