Richard Bail

Richard Bail, age 69, of Coleman, Texas passed from this life to the arms of Jesus on Saturday, November 13. 2021 at 11:33 am at Coleman County Medical Center. 

Memorial services will be Thursday at 5:00 pm at the Nazarene Church with Rev. Josnette Josey officiating.  Services are under the care of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman staff. 

Richard was born December 6, 1951 in Jackson, Michgan to Richard Evart Bail, Sr. and Jeanette Curry Bail.  He attended school in Michigan and at the age of 17 years he joined the United States Army.  Richard proudly served as a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served as a helicopter pilot with the 187th receiving a purple heart and was a chemical specialist.  On November 28, 1985 he married Carla Jean Ramsey in Las Vegas, Nevada and they have celebrated 36 years of marriage.  Richard was been a resident of Coleman 25 years and was a member of the Nazarene Church.

Survivors include Wife – Carla Bail of Coleman, Texas; 2 Daughters – Angie Watson & husband Terry of Mountainview, WY, Barbara Sommer & husband Mike of Kansas; Son – Jason Richard Bail & wife Amber of Coleman, TX; Brother – Don Bail of MI; Step Children – Jamie Burman, Timothy Romanelli, Trevor Kuttz, Corey Kuntz, Katrina Scruton; 3 half sisters – Barbara Iovine, Phillis Vilvens & Sandy Cross; 3 half brothers – Danny Cross, Fred Cross & J R Cross; and Nieces and Nephews.

Richard was preceded in death by Sister Judy Bail & Step Daughter – Brandi Bissell.
