The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- William Ray Carroll pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Ryan Neil Hunt pled guilty to the felony offense of Online Solicitation of a Minor and and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Hunt pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Child Pornography and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
