Tony Randall Holmes, age 62, of Bangs passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021.

Celebration of Life for Tony will be held Friday, October 29, 2021, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel; private family interment will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Tony was born on November 20, 1958, to Pete and Carlene (Norris) Holmes in Alpine, Texas. While still attending Brownwood High, he worked at KBWD/KOXE radio station alongside Ken Schulze & Dallas Huston. Tony worked there for 20 years, from the mid 70’s to mid 90’s as a disc jockey/radio personality going by the radio name of “Tony Randall”.

Tony is survived by his daughter, Cari Holmes Hash & husband Troy, and their children, Cameron & Cason; his son, Kolby Holmes and wife Bobye, and their children, Ryleigh, Sawyer and Kamdyn; brother, Ricky Holmes & fiancé Laura Duffer; niece, Tiffany Holmes Reithmann and her family; and nephew, Joshua Holmes.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Carlene Holmes; and his Grandparents.
