- On Monday, October 18, Deputy Andre Smoot responded to a Criminal Trespass call at E Hall, Bangs. While on scene it was determined the complainant wanted a Criminal Trespass Warning issued against the father of her child. The suspect was later located and served the warning.
- On Monday, October 18, Deputy Andre Smoot responded to a burglary not in progress call at FM 583 near May. Once on scene the On Call Investigator was contacted and later arrived on scene. Photographs and pertinent information were gathered and a Burglary report was completed for further investigation.
- On Tuesday October 19, Lt. Pete Bastardo responded to 6270 CR 551 in regards to theft of an utility trailer. Upon arrival it was discovered that the actual trailer was taken from a residence on CR 551. After speaking with the victim a report was taken for theft.
