The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Jonathan Colby Moore, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Against a Pregnant Woman, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jonathan Nossek, on probation of the felony offense of Robbery, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Clyde Frank Morgan III, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Gilberto Flores Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division
- Kevin Patrick Gordon, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 < 1G – Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Gordon, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Debra Jo Herndon, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- David Bruce Knight pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
