Seven sentenced in 35th District Court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

  • Jonathan Colby Moore, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Against a Pregnant Woman, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Jonathan Nossek, on probation of the felony offense of Robbery, was revoked and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Clyde Frank Morgan III, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Gilberto Flores Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division
  • Kevin Patrick Gordon, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1 < 1G – Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Gordon, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Debra Jo Herndon, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • David Bruce Knight pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
