Mittie Lou Boscamp, age 88, of Corpus Christi passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Oak Ridge Manor in Brownwood.

Graveside Services for Mittie will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 15, 2021, at the Sinton Cemetery in Sinton, TX. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood. Flowers can be sent to Ritchea Gonzales Funeral Home in Sinton for the service.

Mittie was born on January 31, 1933, to Elias Marion Seale and Alice Lou (Jackson) Seale in Cuero, Texas. She graduated from Cuero High School in 1949. She married Gerald Boscamp on August 18, 1956, in Sinton; they had three children: Steve, Chris, and Tracy. Mittie was very involved with the Sinton 4-H Club. She worked for the San Patricio County Court House for 20 plus years.

Upon retirement, Mittie moved to Corpus Christi where she spent enjoying her golden years. She loved watching the boats come into the bay, feeding the birds out on the T-heads, and just delighting in the coastal living. She loved attending church at Church Unlimited.

Mittie was a very involved and active mother, and grandmother. She attended and supported her children and grandchildren in everything they did; she was their number one fan. She loved the Lord, her grandkids, and her family.

Mittie is survived by her 3 children, Steve Boscamp and wife Diana of Skidmore, Chris Boscamp and wife Paula of Sinton, Tracy Wells and husband Rob of Brownwood; 6 grandchildren, Beau Cutbirth and wife Tess of Stephenville, Rob Boscamp and wife Liz of Corpus Christi, John Boscamp of Orange Grove, Mandi Boscamp of Corpus Christi, Shylah Isom and husband Austin of Brownwood, and Krista Boscamp of Sinton; and 2 great-grandchildren, Lincoln and Decklyn Rae Cutbirth of Stephenville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elias and Alice Seale; and 2 grandsons, Gerrod and Rodger Boscamp.

Online condolences for the family are welcome at www.blaylockfuneralhome.com.
