The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
Jonathan Nathan Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offense of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Rodriguez, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Vehicle, was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Joefty Lopez-Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offenses of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Deadly Conduct and was sentenced to 4 ½ years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
