The driver of a white Honda sedan and the driver of a blue Honda SUV, the lone passengers in each vehicle, were transported by Lifeguard EMS to Hendrick Medical Center-Brownwood following a collision at the intersection of Carnegie and Baker, in front of the Brownwood Coliseum, around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Witnesses at the scene stated the white sudan ran a red light and was struck by the blue SUV.

The Brownwood Fire Department and Brownwood Police Department were also on scene and first responders stated the two women being transported suffered minor, non-life threatening injuries.
