St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church Fall Festival set for Oct. 2

St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church will host its annual Fall Festival from 10am to 5pm Saturday, October 2nd located at 1103 Main Street in Brownwood.

Enjoy children’s games, bounce houses, the country store, train rides, vendors, food booths, a cake walk and the FAMOUS St. Mary’s Gorditas.

A live auction will be held at 1 pm followed by the raffle drawing.

Raffle prizes include:

  • First Prize: Two Fishing Kayaks with coolers, donated by Hydro-Tech Irrigation, Duckhorn Construction, Avalon Custom Homes and Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Agents Misty Cozart and Hillari Keesee.
  • Second Prize: a Traeger Grill donated by KANAR RV Sales.
  • Third Prize: an Upright Deep Freezer.
  • Fourth Prize: $1000 Visa Gift Card donated by LaBotana Mexican Grill and Tequila Bar.
  • Fifth Prize: $1000 Visa Gift Card donated by Alfredo and Alejandra Leon.

Raffle Tickets are $5 each and you can purchase them from any member of St. Mary’s, or at the church office (1101 Booker St.), or on the day of the festival.
