ACCELHEALTH PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID: Sealed bids for Cross Timbers Health Clinics Inc.
DBA: AccelHealth. The new approximately 16,000 Sq.Ft. building to be Built at 2100
Crockett Dr. Brownwood TX. The sealed bids will be received at CTHC / AccelHealth’s
Admin. Building at 1100 W. Reynosa Ave, DeLeon TX. 76444.
The seal bids will need to be received by Monday November 29, 2021 by 3:00 pm.
Bids must be sent by Certified Mail Addressed to: AccelHealth / CFO 1100 W. Reynosa, DeLeon, TX. 76444.
Note: Late bids will not be accepted.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday November 30 ,2021 at 2:00 pm. At
AccelHealth’s Admin. Building 1100 W. Reynosa, Deleon TX. 76444
AccelHealth reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Qualifications & Requirements
Contracting Company must be licensed in the state of Texas.
Must carry the appropriate Amount of liability Insurance.
A Bid Bond / Bid Guarantee of 5% of the bid price. Must accompany all bids.
A Performance Bond on the part of the contractor for 100% of the contract price.
A Payment Bond on the part of the contractor for 100% of the contract price.
Due to complexity of the project listed above there will be a BID MEETING at Accelhealth’s
Admin. Building at 1100 W. Reynosa Ave. DeLeon TX. 76444.
The Bid Meeting will take place November 2, 2021 at 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Accelhealth’s
Admin. Building. At 1100 W. Reynosa, Deleon, TX. 76444
At that time all material pertaining to the new building will be distributed.
E-mailed copy of the plans will be free. Hard copy of the plans will require a $ 350.00 deposit.
All other hand out material will be provided for free.
Note: Any party arriving late for the Bid Meeting will be Disqualified for bidding. Please Don’t be late.
