Graveside funeral services for Ruth Evelyn Whalley, 85, of Mullin, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13 at Ebony Cemetery in Mills County. No visitation is scheduled. Arrangements are under the direction of Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home of Goldthwaite.

She passed away Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021.
