Cohen Loewrigkeit enjoys success on Extreme FlatTrack circuit

The following information was submitted regarding Bangs 11-year-old Cohen Loewrigkeit and his success competing in Extreme FlatTrack action.

Cohen Loewrigkeit, 11, from Bangs, took home three (3) First Place wins at the Extreme FlatTrack Texas Fandango race event, riding his 85cc Honda CR85. The event was held at the Fredericksburg, TX, Gillespie County Fairgrounds on April 10th, 2021. Cohen finished first in the 85cc, 0-249cc, and open Mad Dog classes. The race marked the start of the Extreme FlatTrack season which runs from April until September. Races are held throughout Texas (Fredericksburg, Ennis, Brady, and Mesquite this season), Oklahoma, Kansas, South Dakota, and Illinois. Cohen entered his first race in October of 2020 and competed in Brady, TX and Corpus Christi, TX. This will be his first full season in the circuit, and he has definitely started the year off right!

Loewrigkeit Takes 2 for Texas

11-year-old Cohen Loewrigkeit from Bangs, TX, took two first place finishes at the Xtreem Flattrack Steel Horse Rally in Pocola, OK, this past Friday. Loewrigkeit was the top rider in the 85cc and 0-249cc races and received two first place placards and gifts from Motorcycle Dealer Services, LS2 Helmets, and Paragon Equipment.

Cohen would like to thank his Team Texas (LA Full Tilt and Coco Loco Racing, and THR Performance) coaches, Pat Tharp (Brownwood, TX) and Tyler Harris (Waco, TX), and his teammate, Anthony Lochbaum (Stephenville, TX) for all their help and support. Cohen would also like to thank his sponsors: JB Meadows Construction, Diesel Barn, Texas Best Lemonade, MotoGear, LS2 Helmets, and THR Performance.

Xtreem Flattrack will host its next race at the Big O Speedway in Ennis, TX, on May 21st. Cohen would like to invite everyone to come out and enjoy a great night of racing and to help cheer him on. Loewrigkeit Beats ‘em Up in Brady

11-year-old Cohen Loewrigkeit from Bangs, TX, took four first place finishes at the Xtreem Flattrack Freedom Festival in Brady, TX, over the Fourth of July weekend (7/3-7/4). Loewrigkeit was the top rider in the 85cc and 0-249cc races, finishing a lap plus ahead of the competition in each of his four races. Cohen road his Honda CR85 and his custom-made Full Tilt Racing 125cc bikes, approaching speeds of 80mph on the 5/8-mile track. Cohen received four first place placards, and ended the holiday weekend with a big smile, a lot of hugs, and a bunch of high fives!

Cohen would like to give many thanks to his Team Texas (LA Full Tilt and Coco Loco Racing) coach, mechanic, and fabricator, Pat Tharp (Brownwood, TX), team mechanic, Jason Richards (Brownwood, TX), and team manager and photographer, Connor Loewrigkeit (Bangs, TX). Cohen would also like to give a big thanks to Gary Maas and Bob McClain, and the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA) for all their support and blessings. Xtreem Flattrack will move to the Kansas Fair Series (Norton and Oberlin, KS), August 1-3, followed by races at the Sturgis Rally (Sturgis, SD), August 6-14. Racing will return to Texas September 17-18 at the Southern Throwdown in Mesquite, TX (Devils Bowl Speedway). Cohen would like to invite and encourage everyone to come out to the races for an amazing time, and to help cheer him on. Loewrigkeit Represents in Kansas

11-year-old Cohen (Coco) Loewrigkeit from Bangs, TX, took his bikes to Kansas, the mecca for flattrack motorcycle racing. Loewrigkeit raced from 7/31 till 8/7 in Norton, Oberlin, and Osborn, KS. Despite being the youngest rider in his classes and racing against team riders Cohen was able to walk away with 2 first place and 3 third place finishes in the 85cc and 0-249cc classes. Way to go, Coco!!
