Charles “Wayne” Waldheim, age 59, of Brownwood passed away Friday, August 20, 2021, at Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood.

Private Family Services for Wayne will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Charles Wayne was born on July 2, 1962, to Charles Henry and Alice Fay (Sumler) Waldheim in Jacksonville, Florida. He loved the Lord and attended the Latter Day Saints Church. Wayne loved to listen to music, all animals, and he was enamored with magic.

Wayne leaves behind his mother and stepdad, Fay James and husband William of Brownwood; 2 sisters, Lisa Julius of Brownwood, Theresa James Byrom and husband Lance of Austin; brother, Robert James of Brownwood; and aunt, Patricia Frances of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and his friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Henry Waldheim; and a brother, William “Billy” James.
