The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday regarding a felony case heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
Roy Eugene Peel, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
