Lupe Moreno, age 64, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021 in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Lupe was born on March 7, 1957, in Maxwell, Texas to Casimire Moreno and Frances (Proda). He was a truck driver for many years. He loved his family very much, especially his grandchildren, they were his pride and joy. Lupe enjoyed fishing, dancing and loved telling jokes. He loved watching western movies and knew how to have a good time in his younger days. Lupe worked hard to support his family. He had a big heart and was always seen helping others. He helped raise four children to love and care for others as well. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa and friend.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa of Comanche; a son, Lupe Moreno, Jr. and wife, Lisa of Comanche; daughter, Tessa Nance and husband, Jason of Comanche; son, Timothy Moreno of Stephenville; daughter, Franchesca Land and husband, Randy of Brownwood; seven grandchildren: Mercedes, Jaxon, Payton, Tyson, Gunner, Zeliah, and Annabel; two brothers, David Moreno and Jimmy Moreno; and two sisters, Rosemary Moreno and Janie Saldana.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Casimire and Frances (Proda) Moreno; sister, Alice Duran; nephew, Anthony Torres; and granddaughter, Cienna Land.

Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Friday, August 13, 2021, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 14, 2021, in Comanche Funeral Home Chapel with Harold Higginbotham officiating. Condolences may be offered on line at www.comanchefh.com.
