The City of Brownwood issued the following information Monday afternoon:

The pool at Wiggins Park will be closing for the season at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 29th. The Camp Bowie Family Aquatic Center will remain open. The splash pads located at Mayes, Allcorn, and Trigg parks will also remain open.

The Aquatic Center was scheduled to close to the public early on Friday, July 30th, for an event. The event has been rescheduled and regular hours for the Aquatic Center will resume.
