Marvel Lavonne McHorse, 82, of Brownwood, Texas, passed away on July 7,2021 in Brownwood.  She was born In San Saba, Texas to Emory and Lorene (Pool) Ledbetter on August 26,1938 .

She worked as a phlebotomist and held other positions in the healthcare industry. She was involved in Eastern Star and gardening.

Marvel is preceded in death by her parents, brother and grandson.

Marvel is survived by her daughter Terri Foster and a sister Mildred Dean, both of Brownwood.

No services are scheduled.  There will be a book available to sign at Heritage Funeral Home, Davis-Morris Chapel.
