The Brown County Sheriff’s Department reported the following calls for service on June 30.

At around 12:33 hours, Deputy Carlyle James Gover responded to the Big G’s Grocery Store at Lake Brownwood. This was in reference to a fake $10 bill which was attempted to have been used. A report was made.

On June 30, Deputy Joe Thomas was dispatched to a report of Harassment on County Road 281 in Zephyr. A complainant advised her ex-boyfriend was harassing her while she was at a friend’s residence. A report was made.
