The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday afternoon regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Michael Henry pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Melanie Hamilton pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
