The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding a felony case heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Reid Darwin Phelps, Jr. pled no contest to the felony offense of Obstruction or Retaliation and was sentenced to 40 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Phelps pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
