“Walk at your own pace, experience the beautiful city park, and enjoy positive interactions with local officers.”

Beginning Wednesday, June 2nd, Brownwood police officers will be available at Riverside Park at 7:30 a.m. to walk with residents as part of a new “Walk with a Cop” program to encourage positive interactions with local law enforcement. The morning walks will last through August 12th and will be dependent on the weather and officer availability.
