Harold Anthony Smith

Harold Anthony Smith, 74, of Zephyr passed away Friday, April 30, 2021. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be 2:00 PM, Friday, May 21, 2021 at the High Mesa Cowboy Church with Pastor Todd King officiating.

Harold was born in Knox City, Texas to Leo and Bonnie Smith on July 3, 1946. He attended school in Cross Plains and married the love of his life, Betty Sue Easter on March 14, 1969. Harold spent his life as a mechanic and dozer operator. He loved hunting, camping, cooking outdoors and being at the lake with his children, teaching them how to ski. He had a passion for racing and loved sprint car racing. He enjoyed farming. Harold truly loved spending time with his family.

Harold is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Sue Smith of Zephyr; sons, Craig Clark and wife Missy of Early, Dennis Smith and wife Shanna of Early and Lonnie Smith of Zephyr; grandchildren, Scotty Clark and wife Kat, Colton Sanchez and wife Katherine, Mathew Clark and wife Becca, Darian Smith, Hayden Clark and wife Madi, Robert Clark and wife Claire, Karley Smith, Tucker Smith, Hunter smith and Cason Smith; 7 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.

Harold was preceded in death by his son, Harold Smith Jr.; daughter, Tanya Hall; granddaughter, Nadalee Smith; grandson, Josh Boykin; and his parents.
