David Randall ‘Randy’ Payne age 73 of North Richland Hills, Texas passed to his eternal heavenly rest on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Medical City North Richland Hills.
Services will be Saturday at 3:00 pm at Rockwood Cemetery Pavilion with Bro David McLean officiating. Interment will follow with services under the personal care of Henderson Funeral Home of Santa Anna.
David was born July 19, 1949 in Lubbock, Texas to Victor Herbert and Eleanor Marie McCrary Payne in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Grapevine High School and was a member of the Baptist Church. David served his country with the Air Born division of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a lifetime resident of Fort Worth and a self employed mechanic until his retirement in 2003. As an outdoors man he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Survivors include son Zachiriah Payne and wife Charlene Daniel of Hurst, Texas.
David was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother.
