LAKE BROWNWOOD – Shortly after 10:00 am Tuesday morning, units from Lake Brownwood Bridge, Brownwood and Early Fire Departments responded to a mobile home fire at 7132 Belfast at Lake Brownwood.

“Upon arrival they found a mobile home about half way involved in fire.  No one was in the residence at the time.  We’re still waiting on the owners to show up.  It’s going to be probably at least a 50% loss,” said Darrell Johnston, Brown County Emergency Management Coordinator.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
