On Wednesday, March 17 at about 10:34 a.m. Deputy Marvin Simpson checked out with an abandoned vehicle at FM 2525. The vehicle had previously been red tagged on March 13. The vehicle was a brown Chevrolet extended cab. Deputy Simpson had dispatch look for contact information for the registered owner of the vehicle. No contact information was located. Welch Brothers’ Towing was contacted to tow the vehicle. A report was made.

On Wednesday, March 17 at about 4:57 p.m., Deputy Marvin Simpson responded to FM 2125. This was in regard to theft of packages. The victim stated he had two packages stolen. The victim was able to confirm with the United State Postal Services the packages were delivered to his residence. A report was made.

On Wednesday, March 17, Deputy Mike Sheedy responded to the 3000 Block of County Road 180. This was to investigate an Illegal Dumping call. Many items had been dumped into the culvert on the side of the road. Identifying information was located among the dumped items. A report was generated and will be forwarded to the criminal investigation division.
